- When you have made your choice, click on the desired size and on the button “add to cart”. Your articles will be stored in the shopping cart but please be aware that having an item in the shopping cart doesn´t mean that the item is reserved. When you select Bancontact as the payment method, you fill in your card details. You are then redirected to your usual internet banking environment. You insert your Bancontact card into the card reader, enter the relevant details online, and complete the transaction.
Selecting iDEAL as your payment method, you will have to select your bank and you will be forwarded to the online banking offered by your bank, where you login as you are used to. Your payment details are already filled in and all you have to do is approve the payment. You will receive immediately a confirmation from your bank. 1. What is 3-D Secure?
3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transaction with the intention of improving the security of Internet payments.
When the cardholder makes a purchase with a participating merchant, a pop-up appears demanding that the cardholder activate the card by entering a password and personal information.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Europe to your delivery address.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
European Union: 1-5 working days. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic E-Mail with a tracking number to follow the status of the delivery.
Other Countries: 5 to 10 working days. Please be aware that in case of deliveries outside European Union orders are processed but they are not shipped on the same day. The parcels have to pass customs before we can send them out. This usually takes around 3/4 days. For this reason, it usually takes more or less 10 days before the parcel gets to you.
- Please note that orders with more than one item might be delivered from different warehouses. As a result you could receive more than one parcel.

You can request to return items within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
Before you return your item, make sure that the items are in the same condition you received them in, with the identification tag and seal still attached.
We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
You can return any item purchased within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
- Fill out the Return Form.
- Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
- Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and send it back with a tracking number. The tracking number will guarantee a refund in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse in Europe.
- Provide the tracking number from carrier to us.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery date.
Fill out the Return Form, choose the “Exchange” option and select a replacement size and/or color from those available. We will then hold the item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size and/or color of an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy.
Please notice that we can only exchange items for another size/color, NOT for a different model. If you are interested in a different model, you will need to place a new order for it.
The service is not available in Cyprus and Malta.
We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
Banking (Sofort, Bancontact, iDeal): Your refund will be issued directly to your Bank Account. You can check your refund logging in to your online banking account or by contacting your Bank. When you receive our refund confirmation email, please allow up to 5-10 days for the refunded amount to be visible on your bank statement.
Please be aware that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order are NOT going to be refunded.
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from the Vendor. Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed the Vendor of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through the shipping agent indicated by the Vendor, or through another shipping agent. We also invite you to complete the Return Form* available on the web site in the Customer Care area, in order for us to provide you with a Return Number (the Vendor will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of the withdrawal request sent through the Return Form), or after having drafted and sent the Vendor another declaration explicitly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice, in this latter case, to it remaining your responsibility to prove that you exercised your withdrawal right in a proper, timely manner. It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
a) Return Form* sent directly online through Elites.shop or another declaration explicitly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly completed and sent to the Vendor within fourteen (14) days after receiving the products;
b) the products must not have been used, worn or washed;
c) the identification tag must still be attached to the products, along with the disposable seal, which constitutes an integral part of the item;
d) the returned products must be in their original packaging;
e) the returned products must be delivered to the shipping agent within fourteen (14) days of when you informed the Vendor of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
f) the products must not be damaged.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, the Vendor will fully refund the price of the returned purchased products. You will only be charged for the return shipping cost, unless the Vendor expressly exempt you from these costs at the time of purchase, and on the subsequent condition that you use the shipping agent indicated in the Return Form. Should you decide to use the courier indicated by the Vendor in the online Return Form, you will not have to directly take care of the return shipping costs, which are at your expense. In this case, the Vendor will pay the return shipping costs for you and will withhold a flat fee as payment for the return shipping. The fee will correspond to the original cost of shipping for the order. If an alternative courier is used for your return, you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and at your own expense. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the conditions indicated in letters a), e) and f) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products redelivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, ELITES reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products. You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated in letters b), c) and d) of the preceding paragraph. In this case, you may choose to accept a decrease in the refund, of which you will be informed, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, or to have the purchased products redelivered to you at your expense. Should you refuse this delivery, ELITES reserves the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for the decrease in refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.
Important: please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.

Whatever form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card), the refund procedure will start within fourteen (14) days from when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.

The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
- purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;
- payment by Sofort, Bancontact, iDeal: the refund is issued to the checking account you have indicated, therefore the refund time is dependent on you correctly entering the data; normally the credit occurs within fourteen (14) days.
All products sold by the Vendor include an identification tag attached complete with a disposable seal. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.
You will have to pay for the cost of return shipping upfront and you will be responsible in case of loss or damage to the products during transport.
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customised products.
